The Protein has real almond crunch and it blends very smoothly in just a few shakes. The mix-ability and digestion of this protein is really good. Never had any bloating issues. A great post workout drink to include after an intense workout.

All these other alternatives are considerable only for vegan people, otherwise there is no point of opting any of this.• Clean Whey (The Whole Truth, Wellbeing, Trunative, Foodstron and Truebasics) This new category was kinda introduced by the pioneer of clean labelling The Whole Truth, and I love their protein! If you know about absorption and understand the difference between clean ingredients and artificial, you know what I mean.Having said that, I gave chance to other clean brands that I mentioned here, and wow! Foodstrong has got the best taste out of all, it is as easy on the gut as TWT if not more, and they win the price game which is a very crucial part for someone who consumes 3 scoops a day.The clean category is the winner of all, and Foodstrong is the strongest amongst them.Well done

I've been using this whey protein for the past few days , and it's one of the best I've tried. The chocolate and almond flavor mixes really well with water or milk, and there's no chalky aftertaste. I’ve noticed improved muscle recovery and less soreness after workouts. It's also great for a quick protein boost during busy days.

Tastes good but expensive. Not justifying the value addition between this packing and the sachets packing for 500gms. The packaging may be improved.

Pros:Mixability and taste is good.Cons:It lead to bloating and flatulence. Earlier used MB Gold and Drex sport with no complaints.No amino acid profile mentioned on package.

This tastes amazing and I love to have post workout, better than any other protein powder.
