No benefit whatsoever and maybe caused more discomfort. Not helpful to me, anyway.

These have no flavor but I gag when it starts to dissolve under my tongue. Maybe it’s the texture, I don’t know, but I managed to get one gone and that’s all I could do! Eww, I can’t do it!

So far I like what I see from TRP.Small tablets that dissolve, no taste or smell or any noticeable side effects so far.It shouldn't be a permanent use supplement, but they don't say for how long, my guess is... use as needed. Will update later as needed.

As someone with multiple eye issues, I use multiple products and try everything... so something is definitely working and I hope its this. These pills disolve fast in the mouth and tase great.
