Good value for the quantity, me and my partner both take one a day. Cheaper than in the shops and good strength.

Using these for more then 3 months ...and I love these..as I always get blisters in my mouth ,after taking one of these each day my mouth is completely fine ..

I wouldn't recommend these at all. I am usually fine with taking tablets and vitamins but for some reason these always get lodged in my throat. They are extremely hard to swallow and I have also discovered that the reason for this is because as soon as water touches them they double in size. I have switched back to the ones you can get from your local boots as they are thin and easy and have the same dosage plus vitamin D.There is 0 reason for these tablets to be so big when there is only one thing in them!

The health seal was not intact, couldn't get a replacement or refund

Why advertise its a 13 month supply but send customer a tub that expires in 10 months.. so that's 3 months of tablets that can't be used.
