Geez this stuff has made a huge difference. I'm a runner and I flip houses, so my joints have been taking a beating. I'm only in my 30s but ive had problem after problem with my hips and knees. Tried stretching, strength training, other supplements... nothing seemed to help until this stuff. I was pretty much ache-free a week-ish after I started taking these packets, and honestly all of my aches came right back when I ran out of it the first time. I get it on autoship now so I don't run out, this has been a game-changer.

Keep it short and sweet. I don’t review but this product has made a difference for me. Patella tendinitis, which not a lot you can do except take pain relievers and rest. Who can do that?! Anyway, average runner, cyclist now in my later years. It doesn’t “cure”, but it has made a difference for me. Less painful and more mobility.Convenient all in one supplement.

Seems like you must take this product consistently for the rest of your life.

I found this joint supplement to work rather well. It is probably the most comprehensive supplement that I have ever taken for join support. It seemed to only take a couple of days before I could notice the improvement in my joints and how they felt, which was rather impressive because I am used to waiting longer for a supplement like this to show signs of improvement and also not to this extent. I only really found two downsides to the supplement with one being the total number of pills you need to consume and the other being that it did tend to upset my sensitive stomach on some days. Both of these downsides are to be expected though as I’ve rarely found a joint support supplement that doesn’t eventually cause some sort of discomfort for my stomach and also none that are small (and work). So I am willing to accept this and just need to take a break from taking them when my stomach gets upset.The supplement comes as five pills (four hard capsules and one cellulose capsule). They do have a mild flavor/aroma to them, but it isn’t much nor is it bad. I found the sizing of each pill to be reasonable and they were easy enough to swallow without issue. Being as there are multiple capsules of different types, each serving has been individually packaged for easy grab and go convenience. All of the small plastic, individual wrappers are all contained with in a large plastic bottle with a wide mouth plastic lid. The bottle is opaque and doesn’t let it light, so it should help to keep the supplement fresh.
