Great Scooter 🛴
The media could not be loaded. I have been riding around on this Scooter now for a few weeks and so far so good 👍 Comfortable ride with nice shock suspension in the rear and front. Helpful with the very many uneven roads and pot holes in NYC. Nice display on the right handle bar. The scooter has 3 speed variations and you can toggle between odometer, speed, time on scooter, & battery power output. Easy to turn on front light by headlight which is bright and adjustable. Rear light also comes on and is bright for night time use and when braking. The scooter sits low to the ground and so does the seat so if your looking for something with a little more height or want to stand this isn't the scooter for you. That said seat is comfortable. Nice basket in the back also. There is light assembly required but comes with all the tools you need. I would recommend investing in some WD40 for maintenance and occasionally checking things like the air pressure in the tires and making sure all your nuts and bolts are tight. Ignition key is a little tricky to figure out and if you attach this to your keys make sure to get a quick release as you have to leave the key in to use the scooter and it's located at the bottom of the platform. You can set it to lock position so don't worry about it coming out - it won't. Overall for the price it's a great purchase.

Great little bike!!!
I’m loving this bike! Easy to assemble ( I’m a 66 y/o woman) just was a bit heavy for me but I managed. Came with a small charge on the battery so I’m still running it down so I can put a full charge on it. It really goes pretty fast for what I need, says up to 20mg. I’ve added some rear view mirrors so I can see behind me which I think is a necessity. Next I’m gonna go to the Harley store for some decals!! ( lol ).I would recommend this bike to anyone just looking to go around the neighborhood, which is all I needed it for . Great little bike!! I’m loving it!

A Fun Scooter For Getting Around the Neighborhood
My scooter arrived very well packaged, and nothing was damaged in shipment. Assembly went smoothly with very few parts to assemble as compared to my eBike that I purchased last fall. After I had read the brief manual that came with it, I took it for a spin around the block. It got up to speed pretty quickly and the brakes worked fine. It didn’t appear to be able to switch the speed mode while operating but I didn’t try too much as I did not want to get distracted while riding. I am 6’-1” and 200# so you can get an idea of how I fit on the scooter. The scooter seems to be very well built and all the welds on the frame were complete, unlike some products I have purchased in the past. The adjustable shock absorbers on the rear of the frame are a nice touch and helps to smooth out the ride over bumps. I haven’t been able to ride enough to totally discharge the battery yet but the riding I have done has not depleted the battery much according to the gauge on the LED screen. One item to note is the scooter is lockable with a key located on the lower frame under the footboard. It’s nice to be able to immobilize the unit. Just don’t lay the scooter on its right side as the key makes contact with the ground and could get broken off.Overall, this scooter is going to be great for my kids & grandkids over 10 to ride when they visit.

It broke and we were out of luck.
We live in Tucson. I purchased this scooter because Lisa had broken her foot and needed the get around Avalon on Catalina Island where she worked for the summer as a massage therapist. We had to pay over $100 for shipping to the island, even though I'm an Amazon Prime Member. The scooter worked very well - - it was a great ride and had an excellent range. Two weeks later, it stopped working. It simply wouldn't go, even with a full charge. We contacted the seller who told us to send them a video of its not working. The site wouldn't accept the video (wrong format); so I sent a picture. I asked if the electric bike company on the island could fix it without voiding the warranty. They said no. They asked us to send a picture of the label on the controller. We didn't know what that was; so sent pictures of every label we could find on the scooter. The page wouldn't accept the pictures (wrong format.) I explained the situation and asked if they could just call me so we could work it out because Lisa was going back to Tucson soon. They said they couldn't call. They would send a new controller to our address in Tucson. We gave up. I gave the scooter to the electric bike shop on the island before we left. I asked them to fix it and then give it to someone who really needed it. (It's a small community where everyone knows each other.) So Lisa had to pay for transportation all summer, we have not scooter, and we're out $800. I'm not pleased.

Here's some good and some bad
If they tell you set-up in 30 minutes, that may be optimistic. It took me 6-7 hours over 2 days to install, adjust, charge the battery and understand the controls. As is so common, the User Manual was virtually useless, with some vague instructions to adjust the brakes and absolutely no discussion on using the throttle. There was this tip: "In order to prevent your electric scooter from being lost, please take good care of your electric scooter." Thank you for that!! What else? the "padded" seat is hard as a rock; the shock absorbers really aren't effective on such a short wheelbase, so the ride is bumpy. There is no cruise control, so you have to ride the throttle continuously. No problem with moderate hills. The acceleration is amazing! Zero-to-that's-fast-enough in a second. It's very solid and heavier than I thought; you won't be picking it up and slinging it over your shoulder (at least I won't). Well-balanced and easy to ride. The brakes will stop you on a dime. Looks nice. My sense is that it is well-built, but we'll see how that stands up over time. In spite of my criticisms, I'd buy it again! BTW... I'm 77 and the Carmora is perfect for trips around the neighborhood.

Nice sturdy scooter!
Nice sturdy scooter. Good size wheels.Battery easy to install and drives real smooth! I have never ridden a scooter before, but it was so easy to learn. It took me 5 min to figure out how it works. Scooter very nicely priced, but delivery was about the same cost as the scooter.
