I have tried a few ems machines to support firmer bum and tone my abs; this is well worth the money. I use it for fifteen- twenty minutes a day on my bum whilst I am cleaning/ getting ready etc… and after one month I have a firmer rounder bum which I have never had before despite going to the gym and trying in vain to achieve this for several years! My jeans and trousers fit better and I feel more confident, and as it is a one off purchase I would say it is money well spent! Both the belt and the remote are re chargeable and comes with cable to do so, I charge both once every two weeks as habit but neither have lost power since I’ve used it.

Started using in January and forgot about it. Been using it every day for 2 weeks now and it was good. Until just now when it wouldn't stay on and seemed to malfunction randomly and electrocuted me. Would love to hear from the seller I don't know how to even try contact them.

when it arrived, one of the attachments was bent so I spent a while straightening that up so it actually hooks onto the belt, to make it work... used it for about half an hour for two days, now the battery life on the belt part has given up. charged for over an hour & it won't even turn on... I regret buying this :/

I received this packet yesterday and started using it today (using it now as I am typing this review) all I can say so far so good it works both the controller and the one that's stuck on the belt and it feels pretty intense I spent money on the gel one and all it did was come off as It gets sweaty. This belt its easy to ensemble just use water but the down side is they should'ev provided to charger cables for the belt and the remote. Best advise is charge it overnight

Didn't like the quality

This is the best EMS I bought it has belt it tighs up good it doesn’t need gel just add water it really work well I had few other gel one it was not sticking falling but this one very practical and efficient

Returned after stopped working around four months after purchase. When the company was contacted they didn’t reply so Amazon looked after us.

Used for 2 months very good then unit wouldn't hold the charge, tried contacting supplier- no luck , very frustrating
