This is such a cute cage for my ferrets. I have 3 and they easily go from level to level. I had to figure out how to add the bowls for food but it worked out good.

I like how this is wood but also how they had put metal on corners because I have rats. There is alot of space and doors What I don't like is they didn't line the plastic liner at the bottom that holds shavings in metal or the small wood piece at the bottom and they have been destroyed. Like the tray almost has no sides and I don't know how to stop it because they have full access to it.

Very cheap material! See pictures. One of our wheels broke while moving the cage within the first week. However, the guinea pigs love it running from level to level. I did take an old rubber door mat and cut it the same size and glued it to the ramps so the guinea pigs wouldn't break their little feet on the tiny slits in the ramps. If I could do it over I would have paid more money for a better quality product. (I assume that would also include directions written in full sentences and not broken english. ) **DO NOT BUY THIS CAGE!**

This only reason this is getting a 3 star review (as opposed to negative stars) is because I'm sure it works well for guinea pigs and chinchillas, but I have octodon degus and, for a time, it worked well. However, my female degus chewed through the plastic tray for the litter pan, as well as the wood base, and escaped. They also completely ruined the cage as a result. If you are a degu parent, do not, I repeat NOT waste your money. The only exception is that, it MIGHT work for male degus (they're not as intelligent).The reason for a mediocre review aside from that is that, very shortly after building it, one of the wheels came off and it stripped the wood, thereby making it a tripod, at best. You can follow the directions all day long, but the wood is not sturdy enough to accommodate the screws at the bottom for the wheels.Another reason for anything more than a completely negative review is because, a) the males have yet to escape and, b), I accept that I may be a bad craftsman, which wouldn't be the fault of the designer or manufacturer. That said, be very wary of this product, depending on your specific animal and assembly skills, instructions included or not.

I'm happy I disregarded the very few reviews on this product. I had no missing parts. Screw holes were predrilled. Extremely easy to put together and instructions were simple to follow. I had it completely together in 45 minutes. My chinchilla is super happy. He has so much space. I highly recommend and worth the money.

Screw for the wheel slip are through had to go buy new screws just to make them work

Easy to assemble, great clear directions. Sturdy quality of wood. Easy to clean surfaces.

The overall product was beautiful. little hard to build about a hour and half but the part weren’t labeled!! the doors were squeaky due to the screws being put in somehow. the Value of the money?was just okay.The Flooring; is very narrow can’t really put things on it besides the top. and the “wall” on the 2 floors is so short that my guinea pigs jumped over it (second to last) to the very bottom where bedding is and that’s a huge jump for a critter so small!!The Ramps; when my fluffy guinea pig walked down from the second to last to the bottom he slid right into the wire since there is NO room and the indents on the ramps are so small (reason why)absolutely do not trust them in the cage honestly
