Exceptional Hearing Amplifiers – Clear Sound, Comfortable Fit, and Easy to Use!
I couldn’t be happier with these rechargeable hearing amplifiers! If you or a loved one is experiencing mild to severe hearing loss, this device is a fantastic solution. The advanced digital technology makes a noticeable difference — it amplifies sound clearly while minimizing background noise, which really helps in both quiet and noisy environments. The intelligent noise reduction is especially impressive. Whether I'm in a busy restaurant or having a quiet conversation at home, I can clearly distinguish voices from background noise, which makes everyday interactions much more enjoyable.Comfort is also top-notch. Made with soft, skin-friendly silicone, the device fits securely and feels great even after hours of wear. The 360° adjustable design means it fits either ear perfectly — and once it’s in place, it stays secure without slipping.I love the fact that it’s fully rechargeable. It charges in just 2 hours and gives me up to 40 hours of use, which is incredibly convenient. No need to deal with tiny disposable batteries anymore!

Too loud for mild loss, but great for really bad hearing.
These are basic amplifiers for strong hearing loss but were great for my needs. Before I realized that my almost total hearing loss in my left ear was due to my ear being clogged with fungal debris and antifungal cream, I tried one of these and wow! I could hear better than ever - including rustling and crinkly sounds, birds chirping, footsteps, etc. It was like someone opened my hearing, boom! Once I cleared my ear with a bulb, these were too strong. No low volume possible. Too bad because they helped clarify. I could hear high frequency consonants with these. But again, no low volume setting possible.

Excellent Sound Quality and Comfortable Fit!
I am extremely impressed with this hearing aid! The sound quality is crystal clear, and I can hear conversations much more clearly now, even in noisy environments. The device is surprisingly small and lightweight, making it very comfortable to wear for long periods. I also love how easy it is to adjust the volume and settings, which is perfect for my needs. The battery life is impressive as well, lasting a full day without needing a recharge. The design is sleek and discreet, so it's not noticeable when I'm wearing it.Overall, this hearing aid has significantly improved my hearing, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable solution. Great value for the price!

Pretty much garbage
I'm hard of hearing, and unfortunately my ear canals are so small, even professional hearing aids are problematic at best. However, I only need SOME amplification in order to make out words better. Hearing aids are not a viable option because they tend to focus only on sound withing the normal human pitch rage, amplifying those sounds while suppressing the rest.If you like listening to music, hearing aids really suck.So in the hopes of finding a decent option to make sounds a touch louder, I bought these. On the up-side, they do amplify sound. And that's pretty much it.The volume controls don't seem to work. I could detect no difference in the sound volume or quality in any of the settings. For all I can tell, there's an on and off switch. And that's it.Worse, there's no noise suppression at all (which would eliminate background hums and other such distractions that are the bane of amplified sounds for hearing). I hear all the devices from computers to air purifiers and the heater/AC, even clearer than before - as if I need to hear that stuff. But when it comes to words, or music, forget it. The amplification is next to nothing. It's perceptible, but only just. And it's not enough to justify the cost. But the worst part is, they don't fit. My nostrils are smaller than the caps that are on these things. A horse may find it useful. If your ear canals won't fit an aircraft carrier these won't fit inside. taking the caps off entirely does almost fit the outside part of my ear, but the plastic is too sharp to consider using them without some kind of padding. All that said, I admit I have unusually small ear canals. Even professional fitters struggle with it. What I was looking for was for a device much like an old Plantronics bluetooth headset that didn't fit INSIDE the ear canal, but covered the outer part of the ear. I'm not worried about discretion and have no nubs to give if people know I can't hear worth a crap. I was born without a vanity gene. And the description and such of THIS device implied it fit ON the ear, and not in it.It won't.It also may be that a tight fit in the ear canal does a better job of transmitting sound to the eardrum. So my overall complaints may be unique to me, and others like me who have ears that don't fit things inside the canals very well. It's review ratings suggest it's better than I found it to be.My plans now are to employ my crafting skills and make ear inserts that just fit on the outside of my ear, into which the sound part will be fitted. A better "seal" may help me discern more improvement in sound. The fact it has no noise suppression as it's advertised to have concerns me, but it may be a feedback thing requiring a better fit to work.I'm trying to be fair about my reviews, which is why this gets TWO stars and caveats in my review. The build quality suggests it's overrated anyhow, but most folks aren't experts in electronic devices. I spent 20 years working with computers and other electronic devices and saw everything from wow to whoa. Build quality rates this as a whoa no losing two stars alone for that. The lack of variety for ear canal inserts dropped it a third star.I did NOT rate it for its amplification, even though I mentioned it here, because I'm not certain that I tested it fairly. Not being able to fit it properly, it may not be amplifying and operating properly. I know hearing aids work that way, so an electronic feedback mechanism requiring a mostly sealed fit may not be at work with me for this.As is, I can't recommend it to anyone without too many caveats to list. I may revisit this after I do some thermoplastic and fitting magic to see if it's better with a tight seal than without, but the fact that the earpieces to fit it into the ear are pretty limited and large, reducing the number of people it would fit to begin with, I'd question how many people overall would benefit from it without doing arts and crafts to make it fit better (assuming that helps with the other issues, too).Cupping my ear works 100% better than these things do for me. YMMV, but all the above considered, I doubt it.
