To get what one orders
The description of my order says dual motor yet there is inly one motor on the bike. On a dual motor Ebike is there not supposed to be a motor on each wheel? The bike rides fine, the shipping cost was half the price of the bike which made it more expensive. The package was delivered early that was good. The assembly instructions were not clear until I watched a video. The seat is very uncomfortable. Depending on which speed I am in the battery lasts just enough. Depending on the level I am in the power is enough.

"Removeable" Battery
The bike itself is great, but the battery can not be comfortably removed for charging. Very inconvenient having to bring the whole bike in to charge. There wasnt enough room above the battery housing attached to the bike to install the battery without removing the zip tie to the electric cords above it and shifting them to the side.

Extremely unsafe
The media could not be loaded. "Extremely unsafe – I nearly lost my fingers! The bike I purchased battery exploded, and neither the seller nor Amazon took any responsibility. I requested a replacement or refund, but got no response. Amazon is just profiting off faulty products while providing zero customer support. Absolutely unacceptable!"already 2 months used only few times battery not working

Hard to find screws
Everything was great until we needed replacement screws. :(

We've experienced smooth sailing so far
Using this e-bike is a breeze. While pedal assist is great, having the added boost from the battery is a game-changer, especially for someone like me who values convenience as they age. Once you've tasted the sheer convenience of a bike like this, going back to a regular bicycle feels like a significant step down.
