In training for a marathon I developed Achilles tendinopathy, after a lot of research & treatment I invested in these insoles for my trainers. They have been brilliant! They helped resolve my Achilles tendinopathy and other general aches and pains associated with running long distances and doing lots of walking.Be careful when ordering that you ensure you you are ordering the correct size, when I bought the insoles they were listed in American sizes which was not clear on the blurb or product information. I therefore ordered an incorrect size, the company did however swap them very quickly without any fuss and were very helpful.

Great product, worked as it said. Did the job. Just expensive for what it is. Still, no pain, so I'm happy

I gave a 5 star rating because the family member I got these for had custom orthotics made at considerable cost and did not help. Her podiatrist recommended trying these and the simple fact is that these work great and are comfortable.

These do exactly what they say. I will be buying more for each pair of my sneakers.
