The media could not be loaded. I would have given this 5 stars but for a couple of things.1 The M5 bolts are really long and the instructions suggest cutting them down. I tried, I failed! In the end I purchased shorter ones from Amazon and fitting was much easier.2. The door is constantly unlocked from inside. If you have small children there is no way to stop them from opening the door. I had to purchase a door/window latch to solve this issue.Once installed setup was a breeze and adding codes, RF cards, thumbprints are easy and all worked straight away.I might get another one for the front door.

Really impressed with this, loads of cool features, does require a small amount of Joinery to fit but any competent diy guy will do it. Doesn't come with batteries though.
