I have been using this magnesium spray for several years and it is the only one I regularly use and like. That's because this magnesium contains no oil, so it won't cause mess, and of course it works.A few months ago I tried 2 other magnesium spray but they are just not as effective as this EASE magnesium spray and they are oily that cause a lot of mess. Also, the nozzle of one of the sprays I recently tried is not good--sometimes nothing comes out. But the nozzle of the EASE magnesium always works. So I stopped using them and went back to this EASE magnesium.

It is said that the best bet for plastics is to use only #2 (HDP or HDPE) and #4 (LDPE) plastics to minimize the risk of health problems. HDPE plastic is most commonly used in milk cartons (the semi-transparent, whitish kind) and detergent bottles, while LDPE is often used in shrink wrap, plastic bags, and condiment bottles.

This product works very well. I have a burning inside of my body that nobody can find out what it is and I was having trouble sleeping. Also, my husband has a severe sleep problem and when we spray this on our body, especially the bottom of our feet my pain subsides, and my husband is able to sleep much better. After you spray it, you should rub it in.
