I have been using this mint sauce for a couple years now to marinate lamb chops it is excelent.

It is not Crosse & Blackwell Mint Sauce - which apparently does not exist anymore - but, that being said, it is really good tasting. I think that it is a little thicker but not even close to mint jelly. We hav gone through a period of exploration and this will probably become a regular in our refrigerator.

I tried this on the last rack of lamb I made and it was pretty good. It is on the thick side, and could be a bit sweeter. My favorite mint sauce is almost impossible to find (Crosse and Blackwell). The Crosse sauce is quite thin and is sweeter, which I like.

Had roast lamb on our menu and went to the store for mint sauce and couldn’t find any. Ordered this - received overnight delivery and sure glad we did! This is the best mint sauce for roast lamb! It is thick enough to not run off. Not sweet like a mint jelly. The taste and texture are wonderful. The easy open jar is a delight for old hands. If you are having roast lamb, you need this mint sauce.

Didn't know it would it would have a very vinegary taste; also it didn't taste much like Mint. Also, very liquid.

This year, I served lamb for Thanksgiving meal. I’m not so fond of mint, but it’s supposed to pair well with lamb so searched for a good lamb sauce and gave it a try. I hit the jackpot with Mary Duerr’s mint sauce. It is delicious! Not too minty - it has a spicy, savory bite to it. Great with lamb and great as a dipping sauce for whatever. The rest of my family and friends loved it too. We slathered it on lamb sandwiches the next day. If you are looking for a good spicy mint sauce, give this one a try. You won’t be disappointed.

This mint sauce is as good as homemade and certainly easier. It has just the right amounts of vinegar and sweetener and is really packed with mint. The company is great. I ordered it a couple of weeks before Christmas to use with our lamb. I got a notice that it was delayed it still didn’t come so I requested a refund. The day after they granted my refund with apologies, it arrived.(It was sent by the company, Online Stores PA). I contacted them and told them that it had arrived and asked them how I should repay for it and they said to enjoy on them. That’s good business. I would definitely order from them again.
