Not powering on
Worst feeling ever, I bought this urgently because I have work to do but when I switch it on, only keyboard switching on screen is black. then I tried to apply for replacement but only option is to refund it and it will take 14 days minimum.

I bought the laptop to find it doesn't open, only the keyboard lights turns on and off!!!I can not believe it was sold by "Amazon"
