Works well
This is a good option to replace disintegrated factory earpads. The cooling effect only lasts a few minutes though, after that it is not cooler than any other earpad. These are well made, attach easily and feel good. They work just as well like the OEM ones. Time will tell how long they last.

Great replacement
My original ear pads lasted almost 4 years. Bought these as a replacement becuase of the cooling effect that it advertized. Not sure that it exactly cools, but it does seem slightly better than the originals. They swap right in without any trouble and appear to be of good quality. They cup your ear a little better than the originals to keep them in place. The dots on the earpeice label them L and R. I would recommend them.

Great replacement earpads
I have purchased other replacement earpads for my Jabra Evolve 75 headphones, but the quality and comfort of those did not match these.These earpads fit perfectly, look good, feel very comfortable, and are priced well. I am hoping they hold up well and last a reasonable amount of time before they start to degrade as all earpads do.If you're looking for a replacement, I would recommend these.

Comfortable and cool
It is very comfortable and does feel cooler. I noticed that move around more on my ears but it's worth the trade off for comfort.

Great replacement and better than the OEM pads my Jabra came with.

Fit size but some settings change
Amazing very confy, but some settings such as the mute sound changed after installing migth need to restore settings now lol

The gel actually works
I love! The color is a deep maroon red. And the gel is actually cooling. I thought it was bs but they actually work. Usually my ears get hot since I wear my headphones the entire work day but they don’t with these and the extra padding is more comfortable than the original ones
