The tea has good flavor smells fantastic and it’s everything it’s written to be. I did some further research online and has great medical properties. I’m not a doctor but when a tea can calm you down and help your blood pressure I call A medical properties.

I love this mix of basil varieties, it tastes great, it provides many potential health benefits, I use it in Chai, brew it with a small amount of coriander seeds in a tea of straight ginger root, and if you put a couple pinches of it to each side of fish fillets before putting even salt and other seasonings on before smoking them, it'll preserve them for a much longer time in the fridge.I love this adaptogen, it goes well also with another Rasayana by the name of Brahmi and another similar one known as Gotu Kola.

This tea is relaxing and helps me sleep

The leaves are from the bottom of the barrel of Tulsi Tea. I don't give poor reviews often, but this tea deserves one star. Very poor quality and the taste is hideous. It tastes like chemicals have been used on the leaves.
