This just tastes like a ridiculously sweet powder. It is worse than any artificial kids drink or candy you may have had when you were a child. I even tried to dilute it and I just couldn't get past it... I had to throw it away.

I orefer the gummies in this brand but I guess they discontinued. This is a great substitute but a lot of water before bed.

Taste is a tiny bit chalky but not too bad. Doesn't like to go all the way into solution, need to keep mixing it before sips. Definitely does the job and makes you relaxed, though. Not the best nightime supplement but I wouldn't say it's not worth it.
