This is really nice. I had painfully chapped cracking lips and this helped heal them. It’s very moisturizing with a good texture. The packaging is different but works well.

My favorite non scented product for lips. Gave Great shine. Luxurious balm for amazing hydration. No weird taste being unscented. Cute design to boot.

Lip balm was just ok. Definitely hydrates my lips but more of a wet moisturizing feeling.

I really like this formulation. I typically use it on alternate nights from my Laneige lip mask and find between the two I no longer have dry chapped lips. It's lighter weight than the other lip mask and has a nice smooth consistency without feeling oily or greasy. I've been using it for well over a year and will continue to repurchase. There is a surprising number of applications in a tube. This is a great value!

This is a very cute little bottle and the lip balm is nice but it doesn't last very long. It also sometimes gets a bit gritty. I don't think this is one of The Ordinary's better products. It's just okay and for $10 you might as well save your money and get Blistex. If you are looking for a plushy lip balm, I recommend EADEM.

I can’t recommend this enough. I love the silky feeling and it leaves my lips soft and hydrated. Perfect for colder weather. Simply in love with this lip balm. Must have in your bag.

This product is too cheap, when I bought it I didn't expect it to be of good quality, it leaves my lips hydrated for hours, it has an interesting smell and taste! I practice to load! I loved it!

Update...my lips are so dry and hurt since using this. Everytime I use it they get dryer and dryer. I didn't have this issue until using this and only this. I really wanted to love this product.Honestly regular chapstick lasts longer and works better. This is very overhyped and VERY overpriced and I really wanted to love it. Too many products are getting overhyped so people get more views on their videos and cause people to waste money on false promises. The packaging is absolutely not practical because so much product will be thrown away. I do not recommend unfortunately.
