I had very sore joints in my left hand, middle finger due to walking my very strong and rambunctious dog. The massager itself worked well for me because I have small hands and slender fingers.I wasn't expecting much with the little spiral round thingy but followed the instructions and rolled it along my joint several times over the course of one afternoon. To my utter amazement (I rarely write reviews), this thing worked all the soreness and most of the swelling out of my finger in one single afternoon. It was a little painful to use but since my fingers are narrow, not too painful (and didn't result in any blisters).I had my husband try it (much bigger hands), and it was much harder for him to use.

I tried a different brand and it was too loose on the fingers but the rollers were hard. The feel of this one is better on the little rollers on the ends but this one is a bit snug for me still after 9weeks, so I hold it open a bit while using.I love the included springy wire rings. I needed to do a lot to get full sensitivity back in both hands with occupational therapy and the rings woke things up gently and were used daily extensively along with the finger massager.Newly dx with RA and had sudden swelling pain weakness and reduced strength.

It works. It's not exactly what I expected and I don't use it for general pampering. But when my hands start hurting, it's actually pretty nice to work out the knots.

I am always fidgeting and my anxiety has me picking at my skin often. This was an incredible substitute! I work with a lot kids with sensory needs and it's been helpful for that as well.

I got this as a gift for my mom and she absolutely loves it. She golfs a lot and has pain in her hands. The quality is great and it's sturdy. It helps her muscles relax and relieves pain. Would recommend!
