I wasn’t sure what to expect, but these HOLYMARY Yerba Mate gummies are awesome! They give me a nice boost of energy without making me feel jittery or crashing later like coffee sometimes does. I’ve been taking them mid morning or in the afternoon, and they really help me stay focused and alert.They taste surprisingly good too—kind of fruity and not too sweet.
