Absolutely fantastic diaper cream, particularly for bad diaper rash. Highest percentage of zinc oxide— rash often disappears overnight.

THIS IS THE BEST STUFF EVER! I am a large woman and get heat rash easily in the summer months with the extra sweat, dirt from outdoor activity and spicy/salty foods. This paste is great as a preventative it doesn't have a fishy smell like Desitin or other zinc creams. It is expensive BUT a little goes a long way, it really is a thick paste. It also works great on baby's diaper rash...my great grandchild was red as a beet and this worked wonders in a couple days! It heals almost any rash and is VERY soothing and protective. I have even used it on my chickens!

Great product in a terrible squeeze bottle, it’s super hard to squeeze it out so it’s annoying when you have the baby on the table and you can’t squeeze it out easily. This type diaper cream is just thicker also. It does work well. But I’m annoyed by the difficulty so I’ll probably use another type next time.

Triple Paste 3X Max is the only diaper cream I consistently rely on. It clears up even the worst rashes quickly, usually within 24 hours. It’s thick, stays in place, and provides great protection. I’ve tried other creams, but nothing works as fast or as well as this one. Definitely worth keeping in the diaper bag at all times!

The media could not be loaded. The product itself is wonderful. But I splurged on the XL tube as the smaller ones do not last us long and the tube was FILLED with air. There is little to no product in this large tube and I am incredibly disappointed. Save you money and find another product because this is ridiculous.

I love this cream! Especially on harsh days with daycare. I only gave it a four star since it looks like it came smaller than usual. When I reach out to ask about it. I was only offered a refund and returned the item. Which isn’t what I want, just want an answer. It is very pricey I think, BUT it does the job and relieves those really bad diaper rashes.
