I love these vitamins but I really loved the gummies more not sure why you don’t make them anymore

I use with other supplements but it keeps me energized

I had first bought these vitamins at a Health Food store and was very impressed with all the nutritional values included as well as the increase in energy I received from taking them. Well they were not cheap as nothing from these stores are, I decided to check around and found them on Amazon. At a lower cost and have been continuously ordering them for my family since. You owe it to yourself to check these out.

Warning: Description says 30 day supply (3 capsules per day). Actual bottle received is 10 day supply and instructs to take 9 capsules per day. I will be returning.

I like these capsules better than the tablets because they're easier to swallow and easier to digest and absorb. I have been pleased with Nature's Plus, and have bought their products for years. Last month, when a bought a container of multivitamins, I thought I was buying the tablets and was surprised when capsules came. I was able to learn while taking the capsules that I like the capsules better.HOWEVER...I also did not realize when buying these that the suggested serving size is 9 capsules!!! The whole container only lasts 10 days, then. I looked at the vitamin percentages on the nutrition label, and I decided I was going to cut the 9 capsules down to 3 capsules a day, and I figured I was still getting the nutrients I needed. Even when taking 3, I was noticing my urine turning a darker color, so I'm thinking I definitely don't need 9 capsules. If I were to use 3 capsules a day, buying this container is actually cheaper than buying the tablets and using 3 tablets a day. Between decreasing the dosage and eating healthier, I think I'm doing what I need to do.

I’ve been taking these vitamins in so many different forms for so many years. Since these are mini caplets, the dose is for nine. That’s ridiculous, I don’t think I could eat nine of anything except M&Ms! I take Three or four a day and they are wonderful. No aftertaste, gas, can take them on an empty stomach. I have also used the liquid and the tablets. My diet is not great, so having a supplement that contains all of the super foods is very important to me. These are excellent.

Every bottle contains an independent assay by an independent lab showing the amount of each component element.But be advise - this is a listing for the capsules. 9 capsules = 3 tablets. Many prefer capsules over tablets since many tablets do not fully dissolve - (can test yours by putting one in a glass of vinegar-not precise but will give you a good idea). Also many are of the view that the heat generated by the compression into tablets lessens the potency of the formula.In any event this seller is excellent - sells fresh stock-mine have an expiration date of 2018 and was received in one day despite my using PRIME 2nd day shipping.
