I've had this foam roller for about a week now, and it's been extremely handy post workouts. My muscles get sore quite easily, and take a long time to recover, so I needed a foam roller which had proper grooves and wasn't too soft/hard (which most foam rollers are). This foam roller is the perfect amount of firm, and has sped up my recovery time by a lot. Couldn't recommend this enough, as it's practically a steal at this price.

I recently purchased the Capo foam roller and have been using it post my workout for about 5 days now. The product has really helped relax my muscles, I feel much better after my workouts. It's really sturdy and comes in a very cute colour. My cat also loves it!

The colour is good atleast not black like every other thing.Not as soft as I expected but might get so after few weeks of use.It's hollow on the inside so I can't be sure of the robustness. Not expected for the price of 850.Also the diameter is a bit to large, you can't lay on your back while it's under the lower back which is what I usually do with other such rolled.

Great roller - needed one that was firm and had a textured surface that is very helpful in relieving the tension in the back as well as legs. Definitely recommend this for people who want a good, thorough massage to their muscles!

This is one of the best fitness equipments I have bought. Would love to see more matching products to match this chalk coloured aesthetic.

Serves its purpose for pain relief
