This is an awesome light. It's full of feature for being a novelty light. It's completely plastic and the touch button is on the top. It has three different light tones (cool/warm/amber) and each tone is dimmable so, you can have it as an accent light or on fully for a true light source. It's charged with USB-C cord and the battery seesm to last a long time. I haven't timed it yet, but we've had it on for five nights in a row on a low setting and it's still going strong. If this is the functionality you are looking for, I recommend it.

The media could not be loaded.  I saw this on Instagram and had to get one. It’s awesome. Tonight we lost power from a tropical storm. This arrived today and worked out of the box. I put it in a wine bottle I had just finished, but plan on putting it in a more decorative bottle. It’s super fun and cute. It has 3 light settings and a long press can change the brightness. All you do is lightly tap the top center button. Light illuminates from the top and underneath of the black shade. The black looks romantic:) It’s does not look cheap, it’s pretty as ambient lighting but can be made brighter for a table. It won’t light up a room like a regular lamp but it’s brighter than expected! It would be awesome on a bistro table on a covered porch or on a restaurant table. The listing says indoor or outdoor use, but I’m not sure it can not be exposed to elements. It’s definitely a conversation piece. It fits into virtually any bottle, it’s solid, not flimsy and has weight to it. There are no wires and no replacing batteries, this unit charges via a usb-c cable which was provided. Priced at less than $15 it’s a great inexpensive gift. I love it and highly recommend.

Images show this in liquor bottles but this is deceptive - fitting is definitely intended for a narrow neck bottle such as wine.Will be loose and wobbly in a whiskey or rum bottle.
