Worst wearable gadget in the market
This product should be in contention for being one of the worst wearable gadgets in the market. I’ve been using mine in conjunction with an Apple Watch Ultra for over a month and here’s why you shouldn’t cheap out and buy something else:1. Interface : glitchy. Once the app starts syncing with the ring, you can’t scroll or do anything else.2. Steps : on an average, recorded 60% of my phone/watch data. Even when in workout mode, the phone and watch recorded nearly the same amount of steps. Even when compared to apps like Strava, the ring was inaccurate.3. Sleep : I think this feature was a parody addition to the ring. If at all you get up while you’re sleeping, the ring stopped recording any further data once you go back to sleep. Secondly, it doesn’t record any afternoon naps at all.3. O2/Stress : Another heavy deviation from Apple Watch data. Highly inaccurate.4. Battery/Charging : the only decent/good part of the ring. A full charge gets you 2 days of usage when set on maximum logging/recording. The case has an inbuilt battery which made charging on the go convenient.Overall, a sad product and poor interface. The hardware seems good but pathetic software and app interface. Seems like developers are more keen on cross selling their other products on the app than actually focusing on measuring health vitals.I do not recommend this product at all.

Best gadget in budget
This product has got so much negative rating due to boat app. The app is not made properly and can't really sync the ring data.I will suggest to use Q ring app and it shows the data correctly. The ring works flawlessly with this Q ring app. Data not syncing type issue is not present with this app.The ring is light weight, good looking specially the black colour, very good battery backup and most importantly this is wear and forget type gadget which is best for viral tracking.I have bought size 8 which is very small and fitted my pinky. You can choose your size from jewellery shop, get the size convert to mm and order as per that.

Disappointing Product with Poor Support
I purchased the 71-64 mm size Boat Smart Ring on 7th August 2024 and was initially impressed with its performance, which gave the impression of a well-built product. However, within just one month of usage, significant issues began to surface. The most prominent problem was the battery, which started draining almost immediately after the ring was removed from its charging case, rendering it practically unusable. This experience has been highly frustrating, and I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing this product. It has been a complete waste of time and energy, especially given the lack of post-purchase support and accountability from Boat. A brand of this stature should prioritize customer service and product reliability, but sadly, my experience has been the opposite.

Nice but, has sync issues.
Good Quality, with necessory features. but, there are some connectivity problems from Application I guess that are preventing me from taking full advantage of it. It disconnects and doesn't sync with the app on my phone a lot.

Avoid this Ring at any 'cost'
It is no wonder that Boat sold this ring at a steep discount. They wanted to get rid of the inventory as fast as possible. The ring is junk and I am not sure where to start..it losses connectivity with the phone every 30 seconds when it is close to the phone and hardly connects when it is slightly away. The number of activities it can track are a long list but it does a poor job of tracking it. Even the most basic one, Walking, it gets it wrong and of course you will have to keep the phone in your hand if you want it to be connected through the activity and this problem essentially makes it impossible to track any other activity in the list.Sleep tracking is a huge let down. I would have still given 3 stars if sleep was tracked well but it is an absolute waste. It had me sleeping 2 hours before I hit the bed multiple days and twice started the tracking 3 hours after I slept.I could keep going but I am like the ring..let me just stop.

A product with great potential.
After 24 hrs usage...Steps count is faulty. My phone which was in my pocket for almost 12 hours clocked 21,768 steps but the ring which was in my finger for the entire day could track only 15236 steps. That is a huge gap. So far sleep tracking is good. The ring consumed 14% battery in 24 hrs. I am not sure how accurate Spo2 and stress levels are. Need to compare the same with some other device. Bottom line ...wait for the technology to evolve.. I am pretty sure some decent smart rings are going to surface soon.

Good looks, bad performance
The Product looks good on first glance and the battery life and case are good aspects but it does not track steps or sleep very well.If I'm on my bed for 1 hour before sleeping, it counts that in the sleep time.I've also found it counting steps incorrectly and to count steps even when I'm in a moving vehicle.I wish it was at least 70-80% effective in tracking but I don't trust it's tracking now so it's become a fancy accessory for me.
