These are helpful for my ED but u have to take breaks or the stop working
Worked good for my issues at least for a month or 2 but they didn't have the same effect after a while if u know what I mean

Start with one capsule.
This ginseng definitely made me jittery. I cut back to one and may try 2 once I get used to it. Taking 2 did not raise my blood pressure. I do seem more alert while on it.
