It’s larger than I thought it would be, definitely enough room for large adult to be submerged. The quality seems very durable for the price point. Comes with a drain extension for ease of draining and cleaning.

Got mine a week ago. Really good value for a new cold plunge bundle. Has everything you need to get started. Does wonders if you’re a long distance runner or do any kind of working out!The bundle comes with two ice block molds already (otherwise you have to spend another $20 or more for two). But if you can get another set of 2 or 4 ice block molds on Amazon, you’d have 6 total ice block molds.Freeze them overnight. Then 15 minutes before you start your ice bath, put all 6 ice block molds inside the cold plunge. Stir the water (helps make the water colder faster). Makes for a cold ice bath pretty quickly and cheaply.

Tip: Use the O-RingBetter materials than other cold plunges. Especially the number of supports and insulation.What really impressed me were the additional accessories included in this bundle. Ice block molds, dust cover, storage bag.One of the accessories of this bundle is the O-ring designed to prevent leaks. I made sure to properly install it before filling the plunge. It creates a tight seal that has held up beautifully—no leaks whatsoever!Just a tip: ensure that the O-ring is clean and properly seated in its groove for the best results.

Not a bad ice bath. The ice block molds are a little small, and the cover has begun to rip at the seams. Other than that I love it!

The plastic has already ripped and the valve has a hole in it so every time we drain out the water it just leaks. Not to mention when it was instant it didn’t stay cold for long. And never got to the ice bath temp we were hoping for. Unless it was snowing out. Wouldn’t recommend, didn’t last long at all. Can’t even get a refund now this is BOGUS

First time buying an ice bath tub and this works great and it is the perfect size. It is very high quality for the price and doesn’t take too much space. It was very easy to set up and is very light, which makes it easy to move around. This ice bath comes with everything you need to get started including a cover and lid which will make it very easy to use all year round without getting the inside dirty. Excited to use this as part of my recovery after the gym!

I have the "cold plunge fever" like everyone else. I got these to make big ice cubes relatively cheap as compared to emptying my ice tray out constantly or running to the store to grab bags of ice. First time I used it, I spilled water all over the floor and inside my freezer. The sides of the molds do not provide much stability once full with water. I would recommend putting molds on baking sheet or something similar before putting in freezer.
