Improved version
Before I buy a brand new game I usually look up reviews or how to play the game on YouTube. Now the reviewer that I found Had reviewed the products two months prior to when I got this in August. He explained the rules, and he explained that there were no rule sets for you to play the original game. And apparently the company decided to make this improved version that included rules for both games, as well as special Pac-Man rules.Like because it's a grid-based game, if the Ghost is on your row, And can see you unobstructed that ghost can move two spaces instead of one. He can close in faster like a shark.I like how the pieces look. They retain the cuteness of the original game characters. Considering that this is a wooden game, and an award-winning game, I like the value for the money.I tried to teach my father the original game. It took him some time to learn it but we both thought it was fun to play. The speed of the game was also good too.Board games are fun but I don't like it when they last too long. Like RISK can take multiple game nights. Sometimes Monopoly with multiple players can take awhile.

Great game! Fun that it's Pac-Man. Game is never the same so interesting to play everytime. Very well made. Easy to set up and put away. Instructions are clear and easy to understand.

A big hit in our home!
I purchased this game at the behest of a blogger for use in teaching logic to her children. I saw the Pac Man version and decided my kiddos would probably enjoy the additional nod to pop culture. Boy, was I right! I had intended to save it until next school year, but once they caught a glimpse of the packaging, they insisted on playing it immediately. They absolutely LOVE this game and now pull it out about twice a week for several rounds. It is easy enough for my 6 year old and challenging enough for my 9 and 11 year olds. It is engaging, colorful, and thought provoking. I definitely recommend it.

Great Variation of Quoridor
You can play the original game, or the Pac-Man variant. All of the components are wood. It’s a great gift for Pac-Man fans or board gamers. It’s a great two-player game with some fun strategy that will keep you on your toes. Each player is given ten tiles to block their opponents path. The goal is to get your pawn to the other side of the board. Each turn p players either place a tile or move their pawn one space until one player reaches the opposite side of the board.

Fun, easy to learn
Game is fun and easy to learn, yet involves pretty decent strategic thinking; you need to think 5-10moves ahead.Game play is under 15 minutes; most of our games have been less than 10 minutes.Highly recommended

This is fun!
This was worth the money. My 7 year old wanted this because he loves Pac-Man. After reading the instructions, we were playing and caught on quickly. This is actually very fun. You build a maze by blocking Pac-Man and moving the ghosts. This is a yes!
