Omega capsules with salmon fish oil are very good and healthy for seniors as this helps in controlling cholesterol, very good for eyes and joints, I have been taking since last 2/3 years and find it to be helpful, would recommend all seniors to have, as the price is very affordable.

It's really a big capsule and it really takes a lot water to swallow it. But the most important thing is the smell and the flavor is chocolate and it really good when it is in your mouth. I used one bottle.nw i ordered 2nd one...its effect we cant explain accurately.basicaly it effects internal body system.i started using it for skin nd hair to fullfil deficiency of omega 3 fatty acids.yet i didnt find such miracle effects on skin nd hair by using iti reality it ll not show any miracle..it just fullfill deficiency by continuing taking it for months.so m continuing wid this..soon ll give review about its effects after taking it cntinsly for 3 months.plus point is this it has no side effect since m using it.
