I live in a condo and getting the mail and taking out the trash is a lot easier with this little scooter. It's great and battery lasts a long time. When you do charge the battery remember to put it in the "On" position after plugging it into the wall outlet or it won't charge. Red LED will turn orange while charging then turn green when the battery is full. Ben in customer service is very helpful and replies to email within 24 hours. I've had this scooter for over 2.5 months. I only charged the battery the first day I got it and one more time just recently. I only use it around my condo complex but I use it 3-4x a week for 5 to 10 minutes at a time.If you're over 5' 10" it might be a bit tough getting on and off the scooter so I do wish it was an inch or 2 longer as there's not much leg room. That's my height but once I sit down there's enough room to put my feet up towards the front foot rests. If you're much taller than that I'd consider other brands. I took the arm rests off but they do flip up to get out of your way if you choose to use them. If you want a very light scooter that's built well with excellent customer service you can't go wrong with the R3B. It's not the cheapest one on Amazon I can tell that it will last. The scooter has a little horn but I like that it doesn't beep while backing up like some other models do.

I just used it on my recent family reunion cruise. It was great for using and folding for airplane storage at the airport (after removing the battery). It was great for maneuvering on the ship, as it’s not too big and the forward and reverse levers are so much easier to me than using a joystick. The speed is easily adjustable which is a plus and I only had to recharge the battery one time during my vacation.

I am so delighted with this purchase. Exceptional engineering! It came well packed and easy to setup.It folds up easy, has a handle to roll it away. It is light yet sturdy. I can lift it into my car.I have had other bulky heavy brands. They were not practical for active independent living.I can't express enough how happy I am! Travel, shopping, casino, zoo... I love the way I can easily operate it. It's a smooth ride.. great speed and it stops on a dime.. I would recommend this scooter to all my friends..
