Cute beach house, fun to build
Love this little beach house. The instructions on making different variations could have been clearer, but I was still able to construct it fine.

Just don’t do the first figure
I did the first figure build option and the amount of times the front part of the second floor wall kept falling off was driving me absolutely insane. The pieces are so hard to put together but then some just slide out like butter and topple. I broke it maybe 40 times and had to fix it which was also annoying cause of the location of the wall that kept coming off. I literally tried adding more pieces to random spots just to secure the wall better but still it’s so fragile. There’s tons of tiny details that are so annoying and trying to get pieces to fit in between the grooves of blocks was so annoying my fingers hurt so bad.It’s cute yes but tedious. I wish I’d picked a different figure but I already got so much done by the time I got to the second floor I had zero motivation to start over lol.I still only got 2 floors done and after a month long break due to stress I felt while just looking at it, I’m gonna finish the third floor 😂

This is a great addition to your Lego collection. There were a few pieces that didn’t fit perfect but overall it is great and a nice challenge for builders!

Too many small parts
This was a great idea, but a little poorly executed. There were too many small parts that could have been larger, and the exterior gives it a minifigure scale appearance, but the interior is out of scale.

Instant regret
Searched for a lego house, and my kid liked the look of this one. HUGE MISTAKE. It may look like lego, but its poorly designed, hard to snap together, and crumbles apart easily. The is because the number of undersized pieces, that weaken the integrity and make it much more tedious to put together.Of all the set my daughter has, this is the only one where she has ever been frustrated too tear. Instant regret. I hate this set.

The amount
This was a birthday gift for my granddaughter and she was able to assemble it with no problems. Price was great. Perfect for her age. No missing parts. Overall excellent. Thank you

Great for the price
It was a fun build for myself (31) directions were realiativly easy to follow some parts were tricky and had to go back to "fix". Marked 4 stars as there were 2 missing black pieces for the power tower component. Alot of accessory building. Do not recommend this for younger children as you build up because applying pressure can cause other components to pop off (mostly accessories). Very comparable to Legos brand. The bricks compared to other "off brands" we have tried stick together much better not "loose". So value for money 10/10 just a bummer missing the 2 pieces.
