Bought this to replace the old ballast that broke after 15 years of usage. The ballast is for 3 T8 linear lamps. The connection wires are very long. I cut the wires to the appropriate length to remove the old ballast and install the new one to the existing lamp hood. The process took probably about 10 minutes. The lights are working again.

I have now replaced several of the ACUUPRO brand Ballast's with the Robertson Ballast. I have found that the longevity of the Robertson is much much better then the OEM Brand (ACUUPRO). Installation was very straightforward. I used "IDEAL" wire connectors (which come in all different capacities for connection) and these worked perfectly.

Product worked well and was easy to install, but it was shipped in a plastic bag. Come on, Amazon! You can do better. Reducing packaging is one thing, damaged products are another!

My flourescent light fixture failed to light up, upon troubleshooting, found the ballast was kaput. Ordered and installed this ballast and all is working. This saved me money and time by not replacing the entire fixture.
