Its Pink
Purchased as a Christmas present for my daughter. She wanted a pink scooter and this is one of the very few available. Build quality is good for the price. Charging is fast and the battery holds a charge long enough for her to spend the day riding around the neighborhood. The scooter is quite, rides smooth, and has enough range to get her to her friends/park/etc.. The light bar in front as well as the headlight make it nice to to ride at night. My daughter loves it so I am happy with my purchase and would buy again.

This is a Great scooter
I bought three of these for me and family members and we have them for over three years and they still work like new. These are so convenient to have when you need to go somewhere that requires you to take a long walk.to walk to my job it would take me 40 minutes, with this scooter only 7 minutes. it has beautiful lights for night time. and the charge lasts a few days. I always wear a motorcycle helmet just to be extra safe.

Incredible speed and quality for the price
I’ve always been one to use the scooter share apps like Lime, Spin, etc. However, I wanted a scooter that would go faster and be more convenient than having to look around to find an available and charged one. I bought this one and have been extremely happy so far. The set-up was super easy, and only required a couple screws (all of which were included in the box along with wrenches). Now, I haven’t used this scooter extensively, but for the couple of rides that I’ve taken i have been blown away. For starters, it is FAST. Coming from the slow scooter-share scooters, the speed that this one possessed blew me away. It effectively cut the time it took for me to get to the bank and back in half - 15ish minutes to less than 10. The app also provides a convenient way to briefly lock the scooter if i need to turn my back for a second. The two modes are also great for navigating different environments. Sport for those long, empty sidewalks, and comfort for when you need to go around people or other obstacles. The only negative that I can mention so far is the ride smoothness. This scooter can get pretty bumpy and sometimes even jarring when going over cracks, bumps, etc. While it is noticeable, for 90 percent of the time it doesn’t amount to anything significant. It is also important to note that this scooter is pretty heavy, so take that into consideration if you’re planning to carry it around a lot.I definitely recommend this scooter to anyone who is looking for an affordable, FAST, and simple way to get from point A to B. If you aren’t riding around over bumpy surfaces, then I highly recommend the KS4.

My first scooter and pleased to find reviews were accurate.
Arrived a week ago today (on time). Unboxed (nothing to it), installed the app, dropped an Apple Airtag down the steering post, then handlebars attached with six (of eight) supplied screws. Had a 55% charge when I turned it on. Three hours later, it was fully charged, and time to try it out.Lights are great. Yep, you feel every little bump with the honeycomb tires. Harder on the hands than anything else, but my first ride, I was probably holding pretty tightly.I am just over six foot, and just under one hundred eighty pounds. It is a nice fit, and charges ahead at a nice pace.First night out found I liked 12mph on good, flat, with no traffic. 6mph felt right on sidewalk. After a week, I have set 13mph as my cruise.Light positioned and bright enough for me to see unmarked speed-bumps (which ought to be illegal), in time to avoid. Side lights and tail/brake lamp give me confidence that I am seen by any vehicle driver not text messaging-- so by about 60% of drivers.Did about 2 miles, maybe a little more, cruising my neighborhood, and then to where I work to pick out a good spot to lock it up. My work's security person made some good suggestions which I now use. Arrived back at home with a grin on my face. It was fun.My commute is a short one, so I knew range would not be an issue, but was pleased to find the app telling me I had 91% charge remaining after 2+ miles-- that was with lights ON, all the while. Most of my commute is on old streets, with heavy traffic and two UP mainline tracks to cross. I shortcut through commercial parking lots to avoid most traffic, and there is a tunnel (with sidewalk) under the tracks if I want to go a little out of my way. And In do enjoy going out of my way.In fact, I often end up far out of my way on my way home, because the weather is nice, the stars are out, the city lights are inviting, and because I can.Beside the roughness of the ride due to honeycomb tires instead of pneumatic tires, I am not fond of the app. It does very little, and I had to delete it, and download it again when it froze up. Main complaint is that if you electronically lock the scooter with the app, the dash remains ON-- no way to turn it off. After a ten hour day, that had an obvious draw on the battery. Supplied manual is for previous model's dash, so will look online in case I am missing any undocumented features.I use a standard cable bike-lock to secure it to an welded fence at work. Too big and too heavy to really just tote inside with me for short errands, so will be shopping for an easier and better locking solution than the stiff, bulky, and cheap lock I ordered with the scooter.A very good experience so far. Used it every day since it arrived, and it is still fun. I didn't buy it for fun. I bought it to get me home after a long day at work, as that walk, and a thirty-pound pack, was getting to be something I dreaded on this wrecked old frame of mine.

BROKE AFTER 4 MONTHS - Abandoned by HiBoy
I bought this scooter on Amazon and it has stopped charging after only 4months. When you plug in the charge cord, it no longer turns red to indicate charging and the battery level doesn't change.Even though it's pink - my son loves the scooter and he's really sad about this. I cannot justify the cost of buying a new one. I've emailed hiboy via amazon and also emailed their support department directly and NO ANSWER.I AM SUPER DISAPPOINTED IN HIBOY. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE SCOOTER I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS BRAND.

Great Scotter
This is a great little scooter that my daughter has been using to get to and from school. It's cute and easy to navigate. We did have an issue with the battery not working after just a few months, but Hiboy sent us a brand new one and were very responsive and helpful!
