Used to have one of the original powerballs back in the day that you had to use something akin to a shoe lace to put in, turn the wheel and rip it to get it going. Not anymore! This has a spring loaded wheel you wind up and let go and off you go. It also has coloured lights!Only thing I miss on this which was on the powerball was a lcd readout of RPM so it gave you something to aim for.

Used this the first day it arrived (yesterday) and it felt great, really convenient way to exercise forearms.Now tonight when I want to try it, the mechanism doesn't catch, it just endlessly spins and can't get enough momentum to work as expected.The mechanism feels similar to the spring loaded toy cars you had as a kid, this feels like a toy car with a broken spring so now the wheels are free to rotate with no winding.Very disappointing.

Difficult to get hang of it and did not help arthritis in my hand
