The media could not be loaded. I had wrist surgery and my grip and hand strength is weak so I've been relying on gadgets lately especially with thanksgiving coming up in my country. This worked well and only occasionally needed to be scooped out when it clumped up. Took off a star for that. The attachments are super easy to insert and clean but be careful because they're sharp. Worked fast. I got a used/ like new out of it's original box so I saved money.

This product is good but it didn’t fulfill what I needed it for. I need it for at least two or three times a day to great up chicken food and duck food like vegetables apples. It really wasn’t good on apples so but I mean, maybe I’m using it wrong but it didn’t work for me, but I’m sure it’ll work for you.

Fell apart will shredding cheese. Now the seller says they didn’t receive my return and want to charge me anyway!

Broke first time I used it.

This thing does exactly what it's supposed to do. Perfect shredded cheese within seconds. I love the canister with the lid that keeps the different shredders neatly together. TIP: If you are going to shred a lot of cheese at once put the cheese in the freezer for a few minutes. It will keep the cheese from sticky on the side due to the room temperature.
