Bought for my cockateil and as he eats it rather than scatters it all over floor I can only assume he's a happy bird!

Delicious.
Love this product and I buy it on repeat. You don't want to go back to ordinary rolled oats once you are used to eating oat groats. I put cinnamon and also sometimes some cacao powder in the cooking water to make a chocolate-flavour version. I make enough to last 5 days and store in a Tupperware box in the fridge. 50g cooked oat groats is about 40g of uncooked oats. I serve with 100g Face Greek yoghurt, 50g raspberries and some nuts/seeds of choice, usually walnuts or sesame seeds. I enjoy it before bed to help me sleep through the night without waking up hungry. And the melatonin in the oats, raspberries and walnuts all help with falling asleep straightaway and sleeping deeply throughout the night.
