These supplements are standard sizes and are not too large to make swallowing difficult. They are also odourless and tasteless.The dose is two capsules daily with water after a meal. The capsules are easy to take. I have sensitive digestion, but the formula seems to be gentle.The ingredients look good: Brown Rice, Sea Moss extract, Ashwagandha root extract, Bladderwrack extract, and 1% Iodine.
