From the first use of these bitters (which aren't all that bitter to me), I loved using them. And pardon me for saying from that first use, my stools were soft. I was amazed really. And that has continued much to my appreciation. And my bloating has gone away--another sense of the miraculous. And it seems to me that it has helped my appetite to stay more stable. Bottom line, if you have any digestive issues, try these wonderful bitters. I'm glad I did.

Really good alternative to your normal pharmacy upset stomach options. Great for heartburn and indigestion with no chaulky texture or weird fake flavor. I have to say, the citrus flavor is a bit strong, I prefer the maple, but both are equally effective.

The amount of alcohol in this tincture is overwhelming – actually made my mouth burn.

If I intend to keep taking the Citrus flavor (not bad for bitters!), I think I will switch to the bigger bottle and just use that to refill my travel spray bottle. The spray bottle is just so much more convenient for me and it fits easily into my tiny purse. This bottle worked great for refills though, and I just used the dropper to transfer enough to refill my spray bottle again.I have found these bitters to be effective at settling immediate heartburn/reflux issues, but it is not a long lasting effect. I do hope they are helping my overall digestion, but I find it a bit difficult to tell for sure.

this brand is the best. if you struggle with upset tummy this is a must. i've tried other "off" brands but they don't work as well as Urban Moonshine. Take before a meal or after.

These bitters are strong but I still like the taste. A dropper full or two clears up any bloating or indigestion . It also helps heartburn. I will buy it again.

These are definitely NOT for everyone, me included. I suffer from severe hunger/gas pains alongside bloating. I’m unable to eat frequently at work due to fast pace and by the end of the day I’m usually in agony. I wanted to try these per recommendation for a coworker who happens to be a holistic health specialist. I was only able to attempt for two days. Once cold and once at room temp. Both were almost unbearable. I cannot believe that some of the other people leaving reviews said that the citric flavor is good. The smell is lovely but once you put it in your mouth it wants to come right back up. It burns, is hard to swallow and overall just not worth the experience. I’ll tolerate my digestive issues until I find something more suitable. This just is NOT it. May work better for some of you but was not for me. Would not recommend whatsoever.
