The case itself is great for my iphone 15 pro max. The silicone ring, however, broke within 6 months. I'm giving it 5 stars because ANKER's customer service was SUPERB. I've bought quite a few of their products from battery packs to charging cables and chargers and have never needed to deal with their customer service. I was expecting your typical runaround that other companies give but I provided all my information and within 24 hours, I was given the greenlight to replace my case and received a new case the next day. Like whoa Anker, that is some impressive customer service. Mad props.

I’ve been trying to find the perfect phone case but I’m starting to think it’s doesn’t exist. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max which is pretty heavy so have been looking for a phone case with a strap in the back to hold the phone easier with one hand. Other cases I found with rings in the back all suffered from the same issue: sharp edges that make holding it with the ring uncomfortable. I figured the silicone ring on this one would be the perfect solution and it’s definitely better but it’s not stable since it can rotate 360. I do like the larger ring since it feels very sturdy and it kind of rests on my finger. I ended up deciding to keep it for a reason I never thought of which was I kind of use the silicone ring as a fidget spinner. Overall the quality of the case is very good. Doesn’t feel cheap like others I tried

Fits well. Feels good and grips phone and hand well. Metal ring is sturdy. Silicone finger ring is a nice touch, if a bit small. The silicone feels like it may not endure time as well as the case.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I liked this case fairly well when I first received it two months ago. The magnetic ring works well. My only issue at that time was the case is a little “slick” even with the textured sides, and I have dropped my phone several times from the case slipping out of my hands.However, the little silicone ring on the back that is the finger loop which, I have to have to hold the phone while I am typing, using the camera, etc., has broken after only having the case for two months. That little silicone ring is very flimsy.I would not buy this case again.

Cute case, but flimsy build. The metal ring bent immediately, and the silicone grip requires both hands to access. Color is nice but texture is not grippy enough. No issues with magnetic charging. Case is lightweight and easy to hold. Decent case for the price, but flimsiness is a no for me.

I owned the previous version of this case and it was amazing for a year until I accidentally broke the stand (user error). While that case is still offered, I feel this newer case is an upgrade. While the ring on the back doesn’t spin around like the previous case, that feature was sometimes more annoying than useful. I don’t mind the static ring - it’s always centered and can hold the phone in vertical or horizontal position. The little rubbery finger ring added is a nice add as well, though it’s really soft and I’m unsure how long it will hold up (just bought the case yesterday). Other features I enjoy about this case are its feel - smooth enough to slide into a pocket without sticking (like the silicone cases) but grippy enough it won’t slide out. There is a little lip on the front which protects the screen from touching the table if you set the phone on its face and also a little lip protecting the camera lenses. Great case, they thought of everything (except more colors and patterns). I own a ton of Anker products, have for years, and they’re quality. Hope this helps you!

UPDATE: Seller replaced case under warranty. They were very easy to work with. Hoping replacement lasts longer, as I do really like this design.***I really liked this case to start, but only 2.5 months later and the ring has broken. I honestly wouldn’t even care that much, except now my phone doesn’t charge because it shifts off the charger due to loose ring. I came back to check if I was still in return window, and I’m not, but I also noticed this product is $15 less than what I spent. Poor quality and inconsistent pricing. Disappointed.

This is the second case I buy and love it. The magnetic part is super strong. I use it to attach my phone to the workout equipment at the gym that way I can use the timer
