I love that you can run multiple colors on the strip at once — it gives a really unique look compared to regular lights.Setup was quick, and the app makes it super easy to change scenes or adjust brightness. I’ve also linked them with Alexa, and voice control works perfectly.The lights feel sturdy and well-made, and the waterproofing is a big plus. They’ve already gotten compliments from neighbors, and I couldn’t be happier with how they look.Highly recommend if you want outdoor lights that are both fun and reliable!

The media could not be loaded. I installed the Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights v2 on the front of my home, and I’m seriously impressed with the quality, brightness, and flexibility these lights offer. Setup was straightforward — the mounting brackets and spacing were well thought out, and the included adhesive strips and screws made for a clean install. Once up, they virtually disappear during the day but put on a fantastic show at night.Where this system really shines (literally) is in the customization. Through the Govee app, I can easily switch between hundreds of dynamic presets or create my own color patterns. I’ve set up custom scenes for Christmas (red, green, white), Halloween (orange & purple flicker), the 4th of July (red, white, blue wave), and even St. Patrick’s Day (green rainbow). It’s as simple as opening the app and picking a scene — no ladders, no untangling lights, and no weather concerns.The RGBIC technology allows for multiple colors on one strip, which makes the effects more vibrant and professional-looking than standard RGB systems. The lights are super bright at full strength, but can be dimmed easily if you want something more subtle. They’ve handled heavy rain, snow, and wind here in Western Pennsylvania with zero issues.Another great feature is the scheduling and automation. I have mine set to turn on at dusk and off around midnight. The Govee app also integrates with Alexa and Google Assistant, which is a nice touch if you're running a smart home.

Very bright. Easy install. Reasonable pricing and quick shipping. Not sure we could reasonably ask for more! And they look superb as you can see in the picture. Also pretty straightforward to get hooked into my home network, then to the app. The huge variety of scenes will have us being festive during holidays while we never were in the past.

These are really nice looking, and seem to be decent quality. I hired someone to install them, but I set them up on the network. Setting them up was easy, and I intend to learn about the different modes and programs.The adhesive quality is pretty good, but the screws are very lame. Our eaves are cement board, as is pretty common in houses here. The screws are not masonry screws, are were a hassle to install, per my helper. Also, be sure to set them 3 inches from the side of the house. Use a cut out block or cardboard square to but up against the wall and but your clips against that template. Makes it so much easier to get them straight. Learned that in hindsight.

GOVEE are the best lights! I have several sets, and car interior lights. The app is fantastic and works flawlessly. I installed them a little different. Facing in, instead of down. They are a very cool scalloped effect that I love! My wife is happy. A billion colors and combos as well!! Couldn't be more pleased!

The lights are absolutely phenomenal! They are bright and have very nice colors and presets! Even with the far distance its hub has to my router, it still is responsive and has not failed to respond to actions from my home assistants.
