fun to use just one issue
They are nice to use I enjoy them but I got an 7 pack and only got 6 ant they were late my 100lb isn't there

Weak grip no more
Take the easiest with you and improve your grip while on the go. I like that different difficulties are different colors. Put in individual effort and others will feel your strong grip (might help with opening a jar as well)

Excellent grips
I’ve been using these grips daily and have graduated to 150lb grips. It’s been helping me a lot with crossfit and reducing calluses on my hands from doing toes to bars and pull ups as I can grip the bars better. Worth the investment

Quality but overkill
I've lifted regularly for almost 20 years. Can bench over 300 lbs. There's no need for anything above 150 lb resistance.
