Love the swivel wheels. Bought for my daughter who is a teacher. She is able to carry her laptop, lunch and other necessary items for her day. Multiple zippers and compartment. It’s airline approved, so works as a carry on too. Handle is adjustable and can accommodate and added bag on top.

the wheels are perfect but the telescoping handle is terrible. The nipples are too short so the handle tends to drop. so it is veryvannoyingvand defeats the purpose ofbthe telescoping handle! GRRRR

Item arrived without wheels to attach, a waste of my time shopping and waiting for arrival, and money. Returned and was refunded quickly, back to the drawing board to find a new rolling laptop bag.

The bag is nice. Smaller than I anticipated. Kind of wonky when walking with it. Hope it holds up to my daily walking to and from work that also include public transit.
