Small size equates to portability. Like most massage devices, the benefit you'll receive depends on many factors including your imagination. I use this primarily for my forearms and between shoulder blades (someone else massaging me). Plus it has a nice size ball end which isn't too pointy. The product is made from fiberglass so is very durable and the wheel rotates and glides smoothly over skin. A nice personal massager to have in your arsenal.

I'm tall so I have bigger hands and long fingers - this thing is very small for my hand...as other reviewers stated. But you know what it still gives me relief so I'll eventually get the hang of it. I have it at work and it has been used often. I have lots of jaw pain and sinus headaches. I think it works great on the face.

Oh my goodness. I have muscle pain everywhere and thought this might be good to help loosen the muscles massage therapy never gets to. It is smaller than I expected, but that just means it gets into the smaller muscles. It is hard plastic and seems very sturdy. I have small hands but it fits quite comfortably. That nubbed wheel does a lot of the hard work for me. Would it be weird to carry this in my purse?

I ordered this primarily for the ball on the end so I could get knots out without using my big theracane for places like my legs. The tool that came was more of a t-bar, It still had the wheel part but instead of a ball that T on the top has two small pressure point pushers (I guess). I haven't used this tool nearly as much as I would have if it had the ball on the other side. The wheel still works well on my quads when they get tight but otherwise I dont use it.

This thing is much smaller than I had expected - don't let the pictures mislead you. The finish of the product is not very good and you have to shave some plastic in order it not to scratch your hand.

I'm on the computer all day at work and the muscles in my hands and wrists get really tight and start to hurt. The little bumps on this thing really work the little muscles between my fingers and along my write and forearm. I've stopped feeling chronic pain, so I'm super happy with this purchase. Theracane is the best!!!

Delightful, therapeutic and efficient. Perfect size for working sore muscles on your limbs. I take mine with me when traveling. Plastic is very rigid and durable. Perfect addiction to my thera-cane massager

It is helpful for TMJ muscle knots in jaw,face, and neck. I wish there was a softer portion that could press hard but not so sharp. I haven't found anything else helpful in this regard, so this is a good start,better than heat, ice, and killing my thumbs trying to work out the knots.
