I've definitely noticed an increase in my below-average vitality since taking 2 tablets a day. Regarding their horse pill size, I agree with other reviewers that they are way too large. But I found a workaround, because I suffer from an extremely narrow airway and have experienced several frightening choking situations where I thought I might buy the farm. I plop each tablet into a large spoonful of applesauce and swallow. Voila! They go down smoothly and there is no choking whatsover. I'm so glad I discovered this solution . . . it's a lifesaver for this product and a few other supplements as well.

Arrived early and at a good price. However, my complaint is centered on the sandpaper like texture as one swallows such a large pill. Be sure to have a glass of water on hand.

I have to assume that they are providing the amount of Taurine as advertised. But, while I don't typically have an issue swallowing pills, these presented a problem. I even tried cutting them in half and still had difficulty, due to their size and being a tablet. I'll be replacing them with a capsule formulation.

Good product, good taste, it is to early to see results but so far i do feel great.
