I came across this because I had watched several YouTube videos of Dr. Barbara O’Neill. The moisture level is moist. I think it a very good value for my money. The texture is coarse. I find this a very good quality. I had no issue with grinding it with the salt grinder I had purchase. I used this to help with lowering my blood pressure. It is very easy to grind. I had purchased more to share it with my parents and my extended family.

Very course Celtic salt. Purchased after watching a podcast about the many health benefits of Celtic salt.I’ve been adding a pinch to water daily. Taste is mild and not overly salty.I’ll probably transfer this bag of Celtic salt to a glass bottle because I don’t like having to reseal the bag every time I use it.I’m happy with this purchase but would possibly shop around for a better price before purchasing again.

The flavor is wonderful. Lots of minerals to round out the salt. It has a full and deep flavor that works especially well on steaks.I cover my steaks in this salt and let them sit over night (or two) to dry brine. Amazing
