The Gyro Ball wrist and forearm exerciser is a great bit of kit, especially for drummers! Almost the same product is offered on one of the drumming groups on FB for 3 times the price!!! This is a great product. You only need to use the gyro ball for a few minutes a day to improve grip and hand speed! Excellent!!!

I love using this Powerball in the office. It's super quiet, even at high speeds, thanks to the quality bearings and materials. My coworkers don’t mind me using it, and it helps relieve stress during long work hours.

Gyro Ball with Wristband, Powerball Gyroscope Auto-Start:I always wondered what was special about these back then. There was a short term craze.I understand the tech inside is important but what the product claims to do doesn't seem all that important. Maybe if I had a wrist issue I would understand.No assembly required unless you want to include the wrist strap that you can attach to it.I knew what to do with the product without reading the instructions. I got the hang of it straight away but it took a few goes before I realised that it lit up and then it 'clicked that there must be a different colour for faster speeds'. This turned out to be the case.The gyro will push back at your efforts to hold it in a position that it doesn't want to be in to the point that it may jump out of your hand if you aren't gripping it enough.I would like this more if it made more of a grinding /droning sound or if the power you put in to it help towards making it run for longer in your hand.

had one of these in my younger years, this ones even easier to use and you dont need a string to start it, just roll it backwards, absolutely brilliant, well built, and gives a damn good workout!
