I give these probiotics a 5+ and you will to once you try them..They are very effective, i find them to be easy to swallow, with no after taste, a slight smell but no side effects. They raised my energy level from a 5 to a 9 in a matter of days so now I'm not worn out by noon. I get less headaches & mood swings are rare. My skin has cleared up & my nail aren't as brittle as they were before taking these probiotics. I only take 1 a day & I like that they are vegan. All that being said, at this price you can't go wrong & you definitely get what you paid for. When these are gone I will be purchasing more, even though I believe my energy level will be a 10 any day now. Try them, you will like them

I love that i can now take my probiotics and work on my hormone balance at the same time! Hitting 2 birds with one stone! The pills are a lightweight good size, and not too large... they also are not the chalky kind of pill, so they go down easy! It's not uncomfortable or painful taking these pills... they slide down my throat. Great functionality in addressing 2 different things! My energy level doesn't change. I also noticed some pain releif in my period cramps .... so I'm not sure if it was due to this but I was happy about that!

Great!!! I really like these Probiotics. They are clear pills with no color to them that are easy and comfortable to swallow, and do not get stuck in your throat. They have no taste. I love that it tackles many different things in the aspect of your hormones, as well as giving you probiotics to support gut health. Since taking them I have noticed my energy level is a little higher, and I'm getting better quality sleep. I think it's a great value.

I’ve been taking this probiotic for about a week now. It’s convenient with just one capsule a day, and I like the light citrus taste. I have noticed that I need to drink a lot of water with it because it doesn’t digest as easily for me, but once I do, it’s fine. So far my digestion feels a little more balanced, and I’m hopeful to see more results over time. I gave it 4 stars because it’s still early and I wish it was a bit easier on my stomach, but overall it feels like a quality product.
