It was great that I found these arch supports inserts because they make the flat shoes and sneakers much more comfortable. I can walk and stand for much longer. My arches have started hurting and falling since I walk five miles daily. With these supports I can put them in my sneakers and have no pain. I like the fact that the adhesive keeps the insert in place which is awesome since I don't have to stop and adjust the insert at all. These support inserts fit any size, especially mine since I have small feet and it's difficult to find supports to adapt properly. Because the arch support inserts are made of gel, they are not hard at all so my feet felt comfortable right away. Although they are made of a gel substance, they are firm and retain their shape to give the perfect support.

These inserts are the best I’ve found . They are very easy to put in all my shoes. I especially like them in my earth shoes because they’re soft and just the right size and height to provide the needed support in those shoes that have no arch support. They also work better and fit comfortably in my house slippers and sandals.

The high gel cushioning seems like it would be great for my very high arch. I purchases to put inside a high heeled shoe (with no arch support), but the width of these inserts was much too wide. There was almost a half inch overhang on either side of the shoe. It’s closed toe and closed heel, but still didn’t work. Cutting the insert would just leave a really unsightly edge.These could work well for a completely closed shoe but only if you have room on the side for a bit of overhang.

I was in so much pain from a recent and the work sciatic episode I have ever experienced. I also had a torn arch and could hardly walk on my foot. These are the most amazing product I have ever found to provide the support I was needing to actually make it possible to try and walk even just around my house. I still had the pains and struggles I did before, but these made it bearable and possible to get up and move. I love the 3 different heights and how comfortable they are. For a Dan supportive but comfortable and soft at the same time.Bought a whole another set, just to have with me at work in case I need them and don’t have.

Support was good while also providing cushioning. I like that I can place them where I want and not just stationary to one spot like most watch support insoles. Also the adhesive was secure and I was able to reposition them without losing adhesion

Almost everything about these is wrong. The one sort of positive is that they were initially invisible …until they began shifting when I walked. Bought these to place in brand new sandals. They do NOT stick well despite following directions, and the poor-quality adhesive started rubbing off after 1 wear. Kept moving around and falling out. They are entirely too long and come up the other side of the shoe. (Wide shoes, btw) The arch wasn’t even high enough for me. After much effort, I even tried trimming the flap but I just couldn’t get it to work. Find something else. These aren’t it.

These supports are a splendid way to add a bit of arch to shoes. I have low arches and need just a little support. These pads are perfect for that - they stick inside my shoes and don’t move around, are soft yet firm, and are the right arch height for my almost-flat feet. A great way to make your shoes extra comfortable especially for standing.FYI I was not compensated in any way for this review.
