The media could not be loaded. This is the Govo Soundbar 320, which I purchased on December 30. I have used this speaker for 5 hours, and here are my first impressions:1. Sound Quality: The sound quality is excellent.2. Bass: The bass is truly superb. At high volumes, the beats feel like those of a subwoofer.3. Build Quality: The build quality is the best you can get for this price.4. Connectivity: Connectivity is good but range is not good maximum rage is 10m not 30m.5. Sound quality is okay okay. Not good at full volume (distorted). Not enough for 8 10 friends party. Battery backup very poor. Takes ages to charge and drops steeply when in use. when light mode change button is pressed, media Mode changes (Bluetooth to FM). No return or replacement by Amazon but by govo only through email. No contact to discuss with human being. Return request raised and waiting. They are playing email email. Very pathetic customer service. Not going to buy from govo again.

With a 2000 mAh battery, I expected to play a little more. This especially in high amounts, I quickly move out of compared to me. Sound quality is good but battery backup is not enough 3 to 3.5 hours at 100% volume with lights off and battery drops suddenly from 50% to 10% and this soundbar has not true 50w output it's probably 30w rms

The speaker was so good and the sound quality very nice battery life and his performance I like it

Don't buy it — worst customer care!I ordered this soundbar, and after just one day, the battery started running out within 15 minutes and the RGB lights stopped working.I complained to Amazon customer care, and they told me to visit the Govo service center and register a complaint there. After that, I emailed Govo about all the issues, but I didn’t receive any appropriate response. After two days, they simply closed the complaint.Govo is a cheap, fraudulent brand that dumps Chinese products in India without providing any proper service.I have also raised a complaint with the Consumer Forum.

Good product but it's not charging total 100%, rest all it good.
