I've been using these for an open wound for awhile. These bandages are great, and they draw up moisture well. The adhesive is mild and not aggresive like other bandages that take skin of on removal. My wound is on my foot so I wear a sock over the bandage to prevent it from peeling away from the skin. There is a silicone mesh that does not stick to the would much so it is less painful to remove unlike other bandages. Excellent for wound care but expensive.

Very flexible material and water resistant.

These were recommended by the hospital wound care center. They are easy to apply and remove from fragile skin.
